Questions
Answers before you pick up the phone
The questions below cover most of what people ask before their first appointment. Anything else, call us directly.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Call any time for a no-heat or no-cool emergency. Regular hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm, with emergency calls covered outside those hours.
How fast can someone come out?
Same-day service is available for most repair calls when you reach us before early afternoon. Installations and estimates are usually scheduled within a few days.
Is there a fee just to come out and look?
Repair calls start with a flat diagnostic fee, quoted upfront, which is applied toward the repair if you move forward. Installation estimates are free.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available on approved credit for installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless systems.
What brands do you service?
Technicians service and install all major residential heating and cooling brands, regardless of who installed the original system.
Do you offer a warranty?
Repairs carry a 90-day workmanship guarantee. New installations carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf.
What is a maintenance plan and do I need one?
A maintenance plan covers seasonal tune-ups at a discounted rate, plus priority scheduling and a discount on repairs. It is optional, but it catches most small issues before they turn into a breakdown.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homes and businesses across the metro area. Call or use the contact form with your address and we will confirm coverage.
What should I expect during a visit?
A technician arrives in a marked vehicle, walks you through the diagnosis, and quotes a flat price before any repair work begins. Every visit ends with a written summary.
How often should ductwork be cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a full duct cleaning every three to five years, sooner if you have pets, allergies, or recently finished a renovation.
Will a smart thermostat work with my system?
Most systems are compatible with major smart thermostat brands. We check compatibility before recommending or installing one.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. Every technician is a licensed, insured, background-checked employee, not a subcontractor.
